I do not see any drying ingredients in your current skincare lineup that would be aggravating your neck. But let’s hold off on the aloe, jojoba oil, and most Oliveda products for now since those are newer additions since this issue began and you don’t feel that they are moisturizing enough. You can continue to use your Korean skincare. Let’s just try to bump up the frequency of use.
AM Routine
Apply moisturizer on skin prior to working out.
After workout, cleanse skin with creamy cleanser, then apply serum, moisturizer, and SPF
After lunch, reapply moisturizer at least on neck, and spf if desired
PM Routine
In the evening, cleanse face with creamy cleanser, then apply serum, eye cream, and moisturizer
Before bed, apply more moisturizer at least on your neck, then apply silicone pads on dry skin
